A lost artist would go Diamond in Mexico and Gold or Platinum in other Latin coutries... and she woudln't sell over 12 million records worlwide...
She may not be as huge as Shakira... but she is succeesfull and you can't deny that.
If you're pressed then go deal with it somewhere else...
