Yes 2010 was slow. But in previous years, the best-selling albums in Australia had sold around 600k or more per year. So thats almost 2 million copies for UK standards...and for the US standards, where the population is almost 15 times more than in Australia, its around 9 million copies
So if you take the sales of Funhouse in Australia, which stands at 820k, than for UK standards, it has sold about 2,5 million (probably more, because I think UK population is slightly more than 3 times larger than oz population) and equivalent of whopping 12 million albums sold in the US...and these days NO ONE, can do it ANYWHERE
So I can claim with all responsibility that P!nk is bigger in Australia than any other artist in any country
