-Must be a relevant poster
-Must be a bold, eccentric poster
-Must have atleast 1,000 posts
-Must be (or come off as) bossy or a bitch

Good question, All ATRL member's will post their selected choice (member) To me. And
After a good number submissions (10-20) have been made. The list will be made of That months Diva's Of ATRL.
Each member only get's to submit ONE fellow member of choice per month.
Soon after that the Diva chart of atrl is posted.
Basically if you end up on this list your considered a bitch... you get the point
