I have a feeling she hasn't announced the title of the single because maybe her and the label aren't entirely sure which song to do first. Maybe they are split between two songs. I bet the label picked a different song but Gaga is pushing BTW.

I like the fact that she's the unicorn in the picture.
The grey hair/mane and the bare ass. It seems really futuristic though.
I can't wait for the single artwork, hopefully we'll get to see her face
^ And, agreed PopBoi, hopefully the competition with Brit/Gaga won't be as effecting towards one another
omg I cought that too!
I hope this album has a futuristic wonderland fantasy theme.
I kindof hope Born This Way isn't the first single..from what she sang at the VMA's it sounded like a good song but a little cheesy and not first single material.
I mean, it hasn't been confirmed as the first single or anything, right?
I'm hoping for maybe Hooker as the first single instead.

Has Hooker been confirmed as a real song yet? I remember seeing apparent lyrics for it, but they we're clearly fake.
If the first single performs anything like bad romance, then she will not need to release another single before the album comes out. Look at how popular bad romance continued to be until February.
Taking to Twitter at midnight, Gaga revealed the hotly-awaited release date for her upcoming album 'Born This Way', coming your way on 23rd May - with the premiere of her new single of the same name, taking place on Grammy night (13th February).
isn't it rare that the title track is released as the first single? they either make it the second single (teenage dream, circus) or don't release at all (the fame, speak now)..
though American Idiot was the first single, but that's not pop.
I still think gags and her label havent 100% decided on the lead single. I can see why she wants BTW because she has been talking about it and it's probably her favorite track on the album. Obviously there are other great singles on the album but I am sure there is one that stands above the rest to serve as a fire lead single. I think we would have had the name of the single confirmed by now if it was completely settled on.
Gaga's favorite track from TFM is Alejandro and she wanted that to be the lead single but interscope picked Bad Romance. It seems with each album and single they let her make more decisions, such as: doing 8 new tracks for TFM instead of just a couple, doing Alejandro as the 3rd single instead of DITD as originally planned. And no doubt they give her a lot of control over videos.....no way that was interscopes's idea was used for Alejandro....thats pure gaga.

"For Your Entertainment" springs to mind, but not very many others.
