Rihanna - Loud
Standout Tracks: "S&M", "What's My Name", "Only Girl (In The World)", "California King Bed", "Fading", "Man Down", "Love The Way You Lie (Part 2)", "Raining Men", "Complicated", "Cheers (Drink to That), "Skin".
Yes bitch. Every song on the album is a standout track. Problem?
This album is EPIC. This is the kind of album I was expecting after GGGB, but don't get me wrong, I still love Rated R and Im glad she did that. This is the perfect mix of Rihanna for me. Its not too poppy, not too dark, not too dancy. She mixes the darkness from Rated R on some tracks: Love the Way You Lie (Part 2) and Skin and Man Down kind of. She mixes her dancy past with S&M & Only Girl, and mixes her Poppy past with Complicated and Cheers. Then of course there are her EPIC ballads. California King Bed is the best. And she still has the Urban appeal with Raining Men & Fading. I dont know why everyone complained about this being not as good as Rated R. Even though Rated R was amazing, and arguably her best, it wasnt her. You have to understand it came out of the hurt from Chris Brown, and most of those songs were probably recorded that February 2009, and everything else was scrapped. Rihanna was never a dark person, and that just came with the time in her life. This is the real Rihanna and this music is perfection. Deal. With. It.
