He is rich as hell, the money he made from the early-late 00s is a vastly huge amount, from his album sales to his endorsement deals etc. He is loaded, which makes this snow-shoveling all the more unnecessary. He is asking himself to be called a flop now.
Clear publicity stunt, rather than putting forth effort into his craft, rapping, he thinks shoveling snow will get him attention. He has become a shell of the 50 Cent that got popular.
