Unless the role in the movie has something to do with her blooming or journey to some high point in her artistic vision, charity, or some type of gay rights movement, than she won't do it.

You can see that in old interviews when she tried so hard that she made herself a non-energetic, monotone bitch that didn't allow herself to laugh or look like anything but serious.
