The PS22 Chorus is an elementary school chorus from Public School 22 in Graniteville, Staten Island (New York). It is composed of 60-70 fifth-graders, and is directed by Gregg Breinberg. Students are assigned to the chorus after an annual auditioning process at the beginning of each school year. PS22 is the largest elementary school in Staten Island which pulls from a wide cross section of ethnic groups and socio-economic levels. The chorus meets twice a week during school hours to practice, and performs throughout the year at school functions, local events, and on special requests. It has been featured on several major national news and music networks after its videos had gained international attention within the popular video-sharing site YouTube. As of November 28, 2010 the chorus’s videos have been watched more than 25,000,000 times!

Oh, no, it was released - went to #32 in the UK charts, nowhere anywhere else.

Le sigh. I don't understand this era. It's her best yet, and it all FLOPS. All I ask is WHY?

Promotion (or lack thereof) and age. I mean, she went on a month-long vacation the week AFTER it went to number one in the UK - prime promo time. (To be fair, she had to go back home - she hadn't promoted in Australia in ten years, and her nephew was about to be born. PRIORITIES) Momentum was lost.

and, in hindsight, GOMW was a terrible choice for second single.

I suppose, yes, the promotion and her little vacation were a bit of a problem. They could've pushed back the album release, and just given us Cupid Boy as the second lead single. I don't think anyone would've minded. Then when the album WAS released she could do prime time promo on GOMW (3rd Single) and see how it went from there.

But they didn't.
