Only Girl is only 3 spots above Dynamite on iTunes now so I doubt it.

Bey will get at least #1 hit from her new album, I have no doubt. But I don't think she'll debut at #1 with her first single like Gaga or Britney might. She usually gets to the top through a more steady combination of sales and airplay.

'even'? JTWYA is one of the most successful songs this year (and its still not near 3M)... And Dynamite is almost 4M. so those are pretty big songs.

anyway... OG is at 2M sold. Still Top15 on iTunes and #2 on the Radio...

Its not about having 1-2-3 HUGE songs. Is about having LOTS OF SUCCESSFUL SONGS and being able to hold your steam power through the years.

anyway... let me remind you that Rihanna has TWO singles out right now at the same time. And together she is at 3.100.000 copies, 270M AI, they both went #1 on iTunes, On Radio AI and On Billboard and she keeps on selling albums.

But I think that whoever first mentioned the comparison to Dynamite needs to sit down. There is no way that OG can be compared to that song. First off, its appeal is a lot less broad because Dynamite is a general dance song, where as OG is pretty limited to females. Secondly, as you mentioned, OG was impeded by WMN? being released so early. Sooo....Dynamite had ALL SPRING / SUMMER / FALL / WINTER to smash smash smash whereas OG only had about a month.
