Those three GaGa entries were also the top 3 best selling international tracks in the top 100. The only other international track in the top 100 was "Tik Tok" at #99.
In other words, she easily had the biggest selling international hits of 2010 with "Telephone" & "Poker Face" in Japan.

Not yet, but don't expect any international artists to appear on there as the physical singles chart is completely dominated by the domestic artists there. The RIAJ Digital Track chart (based on cellphone downloads) is the real barometer of how tracks do in Japan.
