Shinedown - Burning Bright, 45, Beyond The Sun, Shed Some Light, Lost In The Crowd (if you can consider any of those to be ballads)
Evanescence: My Immortal, Breathe No More, Hello, maybe Good Enough
Kris Allen: Let It Rain, I Need To Know, Bring It Back, Is It Over, Lifetime
Apocalyptica: I guess their symphonies are the closest things they have to ballads. XD. I'd say their older symphonies (the new ones are pretty rocky for the most part)
