Obviously touring is more important than record sales, but like, is she even touring well? Lol? Selling out small nightclubs in small towns doesn't really constitute as a "big ticket seller". RiRi's tour was considered a flop and I guarantee she did bigger numbers than Ciara.

It's true, but you need relevancy, a strong fan base and a big back catalouge of hits to tour off a complete flop era, she has none.
