Piers Morgan has hit out at Madonna as he prepares to replace Larry King on CNN in America.
The former Daily Mirror newspaper editor said the singer wasn’t invited on his new programme because she was “so boring”.
He told the Daily Express: "She is too vegan for TV. We have Lady Gaga now so Madonna is banned from my show."
Morgan is understood to have made the remark at a party in London held to celebrate his new show.

Madonna’s publicist said the singer was unfazed by the comment.
