And the thing is, she doesn't use auto-tune. She uses a vocoder.
From what I understand, auto-tune is for the purpose of
fixing a voice, or modifying it to hit a certain key with full body in the voice. A vocoder is for artistic effect... it's what T-Pain and Cher used and Ke$ha just uses it to get that sound, not to fix her voice.
i remember how people attacked her when she said this. any words now?
