Dog Days Are Over
Florence + The Machine
I know that this song is pretty low, but bear with me, it's pretty amazing that I even like it in the first place. The song is a good switch up to what I usually listen to, which may be a factor in why I like it. I like the folkish sound of it and I'm glad I latched onto it.
Shutterbugg (feat. Cutty)
Big BoiThis has probably one of the most unique instrumentals I've ever heard, and it's completely great to listen to. Even though I hated this song at first, It grew on me in a great way.
Perfect Nightmare
Shontelle
Coming off of an amazing single (which will be featured later) I was initially disappointed with this song. However the fast dance-pop beat grew on me and the piano at the beginning of the song mashes well into it. Since this song sadly flopped however, I'm doubtful that she will get a 3rd single.
I Just Can't Do This
K. Michelle
This song was definitely my R&B jam of the latter half of 2010. After discovering this song on BET (
) I immediately had too purchase it for .69 cents. (
) The song is cute and the girl has strong vocals, check it out if you have time.

Shark In The Water
V.V. Brown
I downloaded this song as free single of the week a while back, and I quickly fell in love with it. the chorus is epic and I love the music video for it. Hell, even the Degrassi promo commercial was great. I will certainly be checking for this girl in 2011.
