Look at the Vanity Fair shoot and the recent VMAs (first dress) It matches. Look at that unicorn on her thigh. Look at how she keeps tweeting about those unicorns. It's definantly a new part of her image, but maybe it'll become mixed with the dark avante garde look

In VF she had gray hair. That alone set it apart. It was beautiful and crazy at the same time. It struck the perfect balance.
This is just a blonde girl selling make-up. There's nothing distinctive or Gaga about it.
