She said to Ryan Seacrets during a phone interview ages ago that she already shoot the 'cover' of her album so those pictures were taken back in 2009 before all the delays and problems with the record label BUT the cover was def shoot this year not much ago because of her 'Abbey Dawn' tattoo maybe like in may-april of this year before the album got delay AGAIN in June.
