Adorable. I bet it has something to do with the natural frequency of her body and the vibrations she makes while she holds him.

This is actually a huge controversy within the deaf community...the people who have these cochlear implants are being attacked by those deaf people because they say that with the implantation, they are losing the culture of the deaf community that they have grown up with. IT's actually really interesting...we talked about it in our Biomiedical Sciences class....that cochlear implant that let the kid hear can cost up to 40 thousand dollars!
