Do you look at the years that have gone by and celebrate them? Or do you weep that those years went by in a blink of an eye?

When we are children, we want to grow up, when we are young/adults, we want to be a child again.

Indeed, I miss those years. I have inexplicably too many memories as a child, and most of them connected to music.

Celebrate, but i think once i get over 30 it probably feel diffrent.

I wish I could be 16 forever.

I mourn more than I celebrate. I'm not ready to leave my youth behind.

Sometimes I really want to be young and carefree again, but I guess everything has its pros and cons. I hate not being respected when I was a child, and now there comes the word "responsibility"

Celebrate.

Mostly. I like the independence and respect, I hate spending money.

Mourn. There's SO many things I would redo or would want to relive.

My childhood wasn't good....so I mourn.

I would say mourn! My friends and I often reflect on our childhood and talk about if we could only turn back time. Things were so amazing back then.

Now I feel like when I was younger I didn't really give a thought to life and was sorta following the flow, but now I kind of woke up and I live with serious goals and purpose, which gives my life additional meaning.

Getting more experience and knowledge is an amazing ride. And I feel like I am becoming happier and happier as the years go by. And I've read about a valid psychological research, concluding that people actually see a big increase in happiness as they turn 30

As much as like growing up, I wish some things could be the way they were when I was a kid.

Both. I do miss my childhood, it was ****ing amazing and I wish I could do it again with the state of mind I have now. But at the same time growing up is great, you get to live alone, have a job, have your grown up friends, be your own person without people questioning you, and a host of other things.

This. I completely agree.

I definitely miss being younger, but I love the freedom I have being on my own and choosing my own destiny, now that I have the resources to do so. I'm glad that I'm 21, able to have an education, full-time job, car, apartment, insurance, etc. I think getting older brings you more options, so I look forward to the future, and enjoy the milestones that take me there.

Sometimes I am really scared for the future, but then at times I am excited.

Mourn by far. I truly do not want to get old. I hate New Years celebrations with a passion. I've never really understood all the excitement behind it. I view it as one more year gone by, one less year of life. It's symbolic of the human march towards death for me.

I know that's depressing but it is what it is

True though death can happen to anyone it's not death is to worry bout it's when ur old and u get all silly and u can't take care of urself everyone would gets scared for that. But we all all still young

20 next year I am worryed. My life is kinda stuffed up I really don't wanna get old I still have my big v. But I really miss being a kid.

I'm ready to tear this world up. So I'm celebrating.

This time next year I will have moved out + be studying in university. This thought terrifies me, I honestly do not want this college year to end
