Apocalyptica - "I'm Not Jesus" or "I Don't Care" (i would assume...I don't think they had any hits before the Worlds Collide era. D; )
I think its a toss up between either of those songs in Japan.
However, for her foreign fans, Passion or First Love take the cake.

Most "iconic" for GaGa is definitely Bad Romance. Poker Face is iconic too, but BR encompasses everything she's about: being out of the ordinary, powerful voice, heavy dance beats, it just overall has a more GaGa sound than Poker Face. BR is something no other artist could ever pull off, PF is much easier to pull off.
