When did we get The Fame Monster album cover/artwork, before or after Bad Romance was released?

I know Britney is huge and always has great first-week sales. But at some point, I think Gaga could surpass her sales. That depends on how well Gaga's single do and how her team decides to manage the promotion this time, but indeed, I'm confident Gaga can beat Brit sales-wise.

I hope they do.
