only one or two eggs max, they are very fatty.
you need a richer lunch, vegetables, rice, potatoes....you need carbohydrates.
Fish is a good idea, but it should be fish that stores fat in its liver, so the rest is very low in fat
I greatly recommend Haddock because it's extremely rich in Iodine too, which increases the speed of your metabolism.
