I try to be more careful with food now that I moved out from my parents's appartment.
My mother thinks I'm posh because even when I lived there I didn't want to eat fries or meat with tons of oil in it and stuff like that.
I noticed that it is actually cheaper to eat tons of fruit and vegetables instead of fattening and ready-made food.
In a way, I don't really have a choice since I don't have a steady job and I can't plug a microwave in my room (I tried and it was funny

)! But it's cool, I learned to like it it and avocado with sugar has become my favourite dessert.
I lost 44 pounds in 5 month when I was 18. I couldn't stand to look at myself in the mirror.
It was very difficult at first because I had to lose 18 years of bad habits, I had food withdrawal sometimes like I was an addict or something.
But I was very motivated so I didn't give up, I stopped eating between meals and I discovered vegetables, fruits, salads, soups, fish and soy food.
At the end of the summer, I also had some personnal problems which made me lose even more weigh.
After all of that happened, I went to H&M and I bought all the clothes I couldn't fit in a few months before.

It was a big victory.
Wow, I didn't want to type that much but I always do that when I speak about this subject.
