She didn't say Christina was the best artist of our generation, she said nobody has a voice like her, which is true. She has an incredible voice, nobody denies it. But is she an amazing performer/songwriter? I will leave that question alone

Christina definitely has one of the most amazing voices in music. I've been listening to Mariah, Whitney and Celine for more than a decade now and I could say that Christina's voice is on the same league with those 3 vocal divas and sometimes even better than them. Christina would've been one of the best-selling female artists had she emerged in the early 90's where real singing was still the fixation in music. She could've also been a bigger and more respected artist if only she had the right producers like Tommy Mottola, Clive Davis and David Foster, and the right songwriters like Walter Afanasieff and Diane Warren. I'm a huge Christina fan but I gotta admit that some of her songs are lacklustre and aren't so memorable enough. It's not just great voice that make up a big and successful pop artist. It's a combination of having the right handlers, producers, songwriters, genuine artistry, and great songs as well.
