So i had never heard a RiRi album before and i didn't expect much from this one.. What can i say.. I loved it. Adored it. Worshipped it. Great pop album.

I love ALL of the ballads. And the only song I skipped a couple of times is SKIN, I dont like it that much.... Anyway.... Both California King Bed and Man Down are probably among Rih´s best songs ever.

And I feel like both could have fitted in a EP added to Rated R....

I would have Re-released Rated R to be honest..... adding:

- S&M (lead single)
- California King Bed (2nd single)
- Man Down (3rd Single)
- Cheers (4th Single)
- LTWYL part II (5th and last single)
+Fading
+Skin
+Complicated

The only songs not fitting Rated R would have been the first two singles and Raining Men for me.

S&M is pretty good as well as Only Girl

I think it is a great album overall and probably her best.... really close between this one and GGGB as well as Rated R so many good albums lol

I don't think she will EVER top GGGB, I'm love with "Man Down" though.

1. What's My Name? is the best song Rihanna has ever sung. Of course it's best song off this album, in my humble opinion

2. This is far better than Rated R but still nowhere near GGGB era

3. Lots of flavor, but the title does not really suit the album overall. Casual listeners would expect something banging like GGGB or more with a title like 'Loud'

4. The first time i heard Rihanna's album where the ballads are more enjoyable than the uptempos (WMN is the only exception)

5. Bad point = when they said that this album has no filler. filler means different for every listener. for me, this does not standout as a non-filler album. GGGB has more single material than this. and i think California King Bed, Skin, Cheers and mandown are fillers

overall this is the 2nd best Rihanna album after GGGB. I really enjoy it.

Those will be singles.... and Im sure that AT LEAST CAlifornia King Bed will be one of her most successful songs ever.

Man Down is my favourite... but i dont know if it will be that successful... I wish, though
