I LOVE Ciara's music & her body is always ON POINT. However, she needs to improve on her vocal game because the first vital aspect of being a performing artist is having the ability to sing your music live, and in opinion I feel that she lacks a WHOLE lot in that respect. Her ****** management team isn't helping either.
:: Ciara's voice has nothing to do with any of the obstacles she has faced over the couple of year. weather or not you guys feel she can sing or not, Ciara is still noted as one of the top performers today.
With that said, Ciara came into the game and was automatically on top and she got too comfortable. right now she needs to be focused on releasing the right single and having her label support her fully. she'll be fine
Ya'll need to stop . I think its clear to say that being a powerhouse singer or great at all is out of the picture. That's no longer an aspect of being successful, the best singers aren't even successful, and it takes more than that.
Look at how the girls sound today, like messes, no stage presence, generic, autotune, lip synching etc. and still getting success.
Ciara was everything but a 'fad' you cannot sit here and argue she was hot only cause of crunk. Because 'Goodies' was the only crunk song she released and only crunk song on her debut album. All her other hits were contemporary Pop/Rnb/HipHop.
Ciara had career stumbles as with many of artist. Im glad she sees there needs to be a balance with her urban crowd and mainstream/ww crowd. 2 era's ago seems her team only cared about urban crowd. Last era wanted to carter to both crowds but didn't execute so well. Now they are trying it again and it's coming off more authentic than last time around. Ciara will be fine. She is getting her momentum back and once it's back the sky is the limit.
