She has already been working on it for 3-4 months and Bionic only took her one year to finish, she only took long to release it because of Burlesque.

She should release next year. The longer she leaves it the harder it's going to be to return. Part of the reason she flopped so badly with Bionic was because she takes way too long between records, if Burlesque is a success then she should capitalise on that hype and aim to have a new record released in the first half of 2011. It's not that hard to do.
