Last week Vulture directed your attention to a joint lawsuit from two different unsigned artists claiming the Black Eyed Peas stole their material. You'd already heard Phoenix Phenom's "Boom Dynamite," which may or may not be the basis for "Boom Boom Pow," but Bryan Pringle's "Take a Dive" — which allegedly was ripped off for "I Gotta Feeling" — had previously been unavailable. It's on YouTube now and, well — unless there's some kind of high-level fraud going on here, Bryan Pringle needs to get paid.

Misleading topic title. The Black Eyed Peas didn't steal anything. That song is instrumental, and David Guetta produced IGF, which means David Guetta stole, if it is indeed plagiarized and not just a coincidence.
