I don't know but this seems like a bad strategy because basically we all will get the songs before its release because we can get them through the Internet.

This will actually really benefit album sales on ITunes.
Having 5/8 songs already released will make the album only like 2.99 to complete on ITunes (the week it's released), which can only do good things for sales. (And we already know the majority of Ke$ha's sales are digital.)
