If the album had already sold that much (288k is the exact number), I'm sure they would've said so already. Right now it's just a contender to top that number.

I agree. 13M is definitely impressive with only two albums, but when 11M+ comes from one market, that is local. This album is not very country (and I don't necessarily mean that as an insult), so I think she has a better chance of success in other markets this time around.
