Yupp there are proxies - but I'm almost positive kanyewest.com will premier it for every country. If not though I'll post a website where you u can still visit american sites and watch one second !

Ok so wow this is a lot more complicated than I thought but here's what I found (even though I still think kanyewest.com will stream it worldwide without any hassles)
Then have IE 7-8 installed. But the 7th one will work better. And just replace the port with the four digit number. And the proxy address they do give you. You can find it near "Help". The one about the Internet thing. Then connections and finally the LAN one. Then just use the port thing and the proxy address they do give you. That should help.
