If Lady Gaga's first single is out by then, it will be #1 hopefully instead of being ripped off like Bad Romance did.... probably one of the things in Billboard Chart History was not allowing Bad Romance to hit #1. Hopefully Lady Gaga will release the song in December! You never know what she is going to do...
