That is an RIAJ figure not an official Oricon figure. According to Oricon, Ultra Blue has sold 909,113 copies making your statement about all her albums doing 1m false.

RIAJ is official. Oricon does not keep up to date with everything and you can't just make 100,000 sales "disappear" when they are actually there. Oricon doesn't count every sale anyways, they exclude the smaller places and things of that nature. Your logic is flawed

RIAJ mostly deals with shipments like the RIAA. It does not recognize copies sold but moreso the amount shipped. Otherwise I can easily say that Kuu's Black Cherry released the same year has sold more then 400-500k over Ultra Blue. Since RIAJ does shipments your logic about each of Hikki's albums selling 1m is flawed.
