"When Lady Gaga's 'Just Dance' came out, I was totally unaware that performance art was going to be her vibe," Jackson says. "Knowing what I know now, I think she always had this in mind but she didn't have the money to do it. You have to build up this country's trust and the industry's trust, and there's no way she would have been able to do anything weird straight away because everyone would have just told her to **** off." Jackson laughs. "I'm having that problem now. You have to build up people's trust, and then you can get away with whatever you want. I just never thought in a million years -- and this is completely honest -- that we'd ever even aim for America, or that America would ever...not accept, but take on what we had to offer musically. Now that it's started to take off, now that I've seen where it could go, I'm really excited. Now I'm like, '**** this, I'm going to do it.'"
Always showing other girls that they too can do it.
"With girls, it's either empty, hollow girl pop like The Saturdays or the half-speaking-half-singing mockney thing or Lady GaGa, which I don't think you can call singing."
She says she doesn't want to "start a hate war" with anyone, but she does wish she could be more truthful about other artists. "I can't possibly like everything – how ridiculous is that?" she says, reasonably enough. But still people recoil when she speaks her mind. "They're like, 'Really, Lady Gaga's not your thing?' Have you listened to my album? Of course it's not my thing!"

She's a total bitch, I used to love La Roux when I first heard of them two years ago but Elly is almost impossible to like. She probably only made these recent comments for the attention, and to appeal to GaGa stans.

If gaga came out with Bad Romance originally and with all her weird **** she would not be nearly as successful as she is now.
