Well, it's not really clear. They haven't commented really on what they counted and what not.

Tracks you can download/buy legally (e.g. singles & album tracks).
Tracks you cannot download/buy legally (e.g. unreleased, demo's, etc).

I have tons of number 2 too... But did they count those in?

i download the fame in augusst 2008 but i bought it. i have also the deluxe version.

and i have all the singles released in italy.

Yeah but everyone who illegally downloads wouldn't buy it if there was no option to download.
