Was it fair when he got sentenced to a year and a day on federal weapon charges? No.
He only spent 7 months in prison and 3 months in a halfway house. If he wasn't a celebrity, he would've been sentenced to atleast 20 years.
He went on talk shows saying how much he changed but he goes and violate his probation. He deserves more than 11 months, especially since he got off easy the last time.
