Caro Emerald is a Dutch singer. She was given the oppertunity to sing Back It Up, which has made her successful. The song reached #12 in the Dutch Top 40, #1 in the Italian and Macedonian Airplay Charts and is about to get a UK release. The song is also up on the charts in France and Poland.
The track is from her debut album Deleted Scenes From The Cutting Room Floor, which stayed at #1 of the Dutch Album Charts for 28 weeks. Michael Jackson's Thriller 'only' stayed on #1 for 26 weeks.
