I know it's your opinion which I respect, but I strongly disagree. All those photoshop effects look great as fan art, a signature etc. But it would never work as an album cover, neither on iTunes nor printed. It should be simple and memorable, not a mess. That's why all good covers never have any effects on photos, just a picture + simple text.
My only guess would be sometime in December. It's really hard to say though.
That's true, they haven't really given us any indications yet so all we can do is speculate. I hope they confirm something within the next month, as soon as they announce a release date the era will officially begin. I think the single will premiere in November.

If she did that then it would probably be release either the week she tweets or the week after. I'm OK with that. I hope she doesn't wait until December though, I don't think December is ever a good time to release a song.

you'll notice very few are released in november or december. In fact, since 2007 no #1 singles have been released in nov or dec. The most recent is Irreplaceable by Beyonce - released in dec 2006.
So here's what i think. Single in october if the album is going to be released in early 2011. Single in jan/feb if it's going to be released after the 3rd leg of the monster ball.
If we don't have a single by the end of October there's basically no chance of seeing the album in jan/feb.
