i get so emotional when i listen to this song...i can relate to it so much............i really love it........i dont get why people say her voice is annyoying in the chorus....i dont see that at all, im listening to the chorus right now, and her voive sounds great...

Why not? If the album is not selling, it's not their fault (tbh, her album is just an okay album. I was all hyped to buy it, but after listening to it, I completely lost the interest). They're picking her singles perfectly and releasing them with perfect timing, that's what he meant by execution.
