Digital sales for Japan are really hard to explain their a bit complicated so basically Suki De has sold 600,000 on one digital format in Japan. For that format 600k is HUGE as one of her biggest hits Ai No Uta sold 590k in 2007 there and Suki De has not even completed its chart run. There are other formats also but they were not included in this total. I just found out the information the the 600k sales number was only one format and not all of them. Basically we know she has sold at least 600k on one digital format. She has probably already sold at least 800-1m by now with everything together.
Also to answer your previous question even if information was to come out Koda's Suki De has sold 1m overall Kana Nishino has already done it with one of her singles this year which was certified by the RIAJ.
