I dont have anything against Xtina so I'm sure its not directed at me, but she doesn't exactly display class and respect when it comes to her competition...she THINKS they are all lessor than her...most of the fun made of her is because of her personality, the stans i've spoken to of hers seem cool too...but she's such a bitch so she forces people to pounce on her...

But, at any rate, cheating isnt okay...people just take pity on Xtina because she flopped this era...personally I'd prefer that an artist make a comeback because of undeniably good/catchy music than because her manager is the chairman of the biggest group of radio stations...

I felt the exact same way when the rumor came out saying that Matthew Knowles had been paying radio stations to not play Letoya Luckett's music...problem is that bey & letoya still love each other so I cudnt get mad at bey...any artist cheating to get ahead or get their music heard is bad...

and anybody who thinks its a coincidence that Bionic started getting spins when this guy was promoted is a fool in my opinion

When did she say that she they are lessor than her? And the only real reason she didn't do that good is she pretty much got blacklisted. I mean, in so many ways. That might not be the proper word, but everyone already had judged her new album before they even heard it. There are some amazing songs on the album, that deserve to do well, but probably won't because "she's a bitch" and everyone's pretty much focused (at least on here) about how she "seems to act." It just doesn't make sense to me. And I think if her manager can push her songs out there, all to well to him.

It obviously isn't a coincidence. The music industry is pretty over-all messed up. I don't know about that whole Letoya thing, but I know a lot of labels and managers probably do sneaky things behind the scenes to get their artists on top.

Edit: As well, people aren't taking too her right now. And I can say with all honesty that it's a good idea to kind of like just put it out there, and maybe people will finally warm up to it. I agree, it doesn't seem right to me, but this is the music industry, nothing about it really is.

Exactly. It'd be like doing payola out in public. Which, actually, if it happens, someone should file a suit or something against him for favoritism due to her being one of his clients. I'm pretty sure that's illegal, at least when they know you do it

Of course, we thought Bionic would 'slay' or do good commercially I mean, she's our favorite artist and she has always been successful in her career. And honestly, the album does/did have potential. Wrong choices. This can happen to anyone. She's far from over. People think one flop is the end of her career. Damn...

And you say we shouldn't be so sure she'll be a popular artist again. Then, I say this to you: You shouldn't be so sure she'll never be a popular artist again... and even if she doesn't, she'll continue releasing great music. So we'll never loose.

Like I've said... I stan for talent, for great music. She already has more than 60 million records sold. And she already has done it all. But at the same time, she has still so much to explore and experiment with in her music. So because of that, I'll continue to be here, anxiously waiting to see, to hear what's coming next.

Well, seeing that way, all the stanbases here are terrible.... REALLY terrible. But I think most of us here (talking about Xtina stans) don't go to other threads to randomly hat or bash other artists just for the sake of it.
