Um... no news is good news?

The thing is Justin does music the right way IMO, He doesnt force anything just because the label wants it, or fans want it, he becomes inspired and then creates off of that inspiration, that's why his albums are so good, because theyre REAL not forced. Would I like a new album from Justin YES, but I dont want him to feel pressured and end up releasing something subpar. I know when he releases an album it will be full of great songs!

PS. Saw 'The Social Network' and everything about it was amazing!

I think there was more to Christina failing than just the 4 year wait. There were several factors involved. Like her inability to stick with 1 sound making it harder for her to create a solid fanbase. She built her fanbase more off her voice than her music. Which she should have done it around both. B2B also didn't last nearly as long as FS/LS which lasted well over a year singles wise. B2B didn't even make it to a year. PLUS.. Justin had Carry Out. While it wasn't a massive hit, it was still a hit and will still keep the public interested in him. Trust me, I think he will be fine. He's staying in the spotlight by doing features, and movies. Something Christina didn't do.

EXACTLY. Let all of the others have their spotlight. No matter what this man does in the entertainment industry...no matter how long it takes...he will always amaze me. He'll be back.

He definitely still has a strong fanbase, we're just losing patience here. Maybe if he didn't place so much focus on his so-so film career he'd have a little more "inspiration"

He won't be back until Timbaland updates his sound.... which doesn't seem like it's going to happen.

I think his new album (whenever it happens) will be mostly produced by Justin and 'The Y's' maybe a track or two from Timbaland maybe even something from The Neptunes now that their Jive feud is over

4 years for Justin not sure about Nelly, but FSLS was 4 years after Justified right? Who knows though, he said he still works on music. Maybe he is working on an album, but its still early and he doesnt feel like answering a million questions about it while trying to promote all these movies.

"Me and Justin are good friends and I wanna work on his album, but there are political issues with where he's signed," Pharrell said recently, referring to Jive Records. "I can't get into it, but all I'm saying is Justin is my boy, he's like a little bro to me, but I can't really ... the company that he's with ..."

Pharrell refused to elaborate, but the beef likely revolves around his protégés, the Clipse, who've been unsuccessfully trying to leave Jive since the label swallowed them through a merger with Arista.
