Yeh, I reckon they are doing the same approach as they did with Rated R where they used "Wait Your Turn" as a promotional video. Ignoring "Who's That Chick" and not adding it to the album would be a pointless move which will only disappoint people.

Hopefully. I dont personally like the song, but its gotten a great response, so they would be making a big mistake not including it.
