The first album title is awful, but why, particularly, is "Steal This Album" a bad title? I think it's rather brilliant.
Some other bad album titles:
Steps - Steptacular (god, just...ugh.)
Any particularly long album title (I'm looking at you, When the Pawn...)
George Clinton - Hey Man Smell My Finger
Keith Murphy - Rap-murr-phobia
Limp Bizkit - Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog-Flavored Water
Leonard Cohen - Ten New Songs (best album title EVER!)

The Butthole Surfers - Hairway to Steven
Heavy Heavy Low Low - Turtle Nipple and the Toxic Shark (maybe the worst album title ever)
