LOL no it's a dominican colloquialism that means many things.

"Y yo ni un kikí" means "I don't have anything, not even a tiny bit"

"I got one kikí" i suppose is something like "i got one of what i want (?)", "i got my kikí", "i got what i want, meaning a man"
