Evan Taubenfeld is her guitarist and co-writer for some of her best tracks such as; Take Me Away, Dont Tell Me, Freak Out, Hot, Innocence, Contagious and One of Those Girls, and her has worked with her on this upcoming album aswell.
Also I think he meant her 26th year alive is gonna be her year, between September 27th 2010 - September 26th 2011.
None of the songs you listed are anywhere near her best songs. It's not gonna be her year if he's the co-writer, that's what I've taken from all this.
