Seems pretty fake to me probably because:

1) The photos were all blurry. I thought celebrities should be using iPhone? Such crappy quality.
2) Paris was acting all sexy right there. As usual, she does that in all her photo-shoots.
3) Lindsay was looking at the camera twice.
4) Lindsay was takin' drug but she was looking at the camera. Instead, she should be worried the photo might
leak if she let people take her photo doin' that? She would be sent to rehab again if it did.
5) Lindsay is still in love with Samantha.
6) Lindsay was wearing the same dress while she was takin' drug and during the kissing scene. It's not a
coincidence, and if it is, does it mean Paris was around when she was doin' that?
7) This makin' out photos should be taken either by Lindsay or Paris while they were kissing, not by some
gay 3rd person.
8) Paris is not gay.
9) We all know how horrible Lindsay looks lately, Paris is not blind.
10) I can't see bottles there. They both weren't drunk.
11) In the 1st pic, Lindsay looked like she wanted to inject her arm. In the 2nd pic, she was injecting her wrist. A
shot is all it takes to go to that motha****in' heaven. She'd be goin' there by the 1st shot.

If this is true, Lindsay really needs to get her life sorted out.
I said this on another forum, but Lindsay could possibly be dead in a few years if she carries on like this.
