I think she meant the over-use of eyeliner. The dark, thick marks that teens tend to use. Yes, women use eyeliner at any age, but not that dark - I wouldn't dream of going to work with that kind of make-up.
Yeah, its kinda her thing I guess. Works for her though, imo.
