Mrs. Loomis was the ****ing MASTERMIND behind everything that happened in Scream 2. She WAS the killer in my opinion, Timothy Olyphant was a pretty useless sidekick only there to explain how the killer had enough strength to kill full grown men.

(Laurie Metcalfe played a killer again in Desperate Housewives. "Bang" is still the best episode in the history of that show.)

Yeah, if we're talking in the sense of pulling together the entire operation, I'd say she were the killer. Like you said, she was the reason for Scream 2 events. But, I was only speaking in literal terms of killer.
