I think Miley's acting is really bad, but it's the plot that really got me.

Acting wise, Dear John wins by a mile.
Story wise, The Last Song wins.

If you actually ignore Miley's Future Razzie Winning performance, the film is actually a good one.

People are just mad at her success, and how they will never be as rich or famous as her.
